Position Description:
The Contractor shall perform Deputy Program Manager Support services, as required, based on the level of effort of optional support services executed under this task order. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall support the Program Manager in managing the quality and timely execution of services performed by Contractor employees under this SOW.
The DPM shall adhere to, execute and comply with applicable federal, state, and tribunal laws, DHS regulations, mandates, policies, and OCIO directives. The DPM shall use Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) training and expertise to oversee HQ OCIO information technology (IT) projects and support services to include but not limited to integration management, human resources management, communications management, risk management, procurement management, quality management, and time, scope and cost management.
The DPM shall use project management knowledge, experience and skills to integrate and/or overlap other best-industry standard methodologies and practices such as, performance management, portfolio management, problem management, process management, business management, financial management, security management, logistics management; and, information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) best practices and capability maturity model integration (CMMI) modeling in support of Headquarters OCIO information technology (IT) programs and projects.
