Overall Assignment Description:

  • Under the oversight of the GPOC, attends meetings on behalf of Technical GPOC.  Provide technical expertise and assistance to the GPOC on matters related to life cycle engineering.
  • Provide technical expertise and assistance to the GPOC during evaluation of developer proposals & cost estimates.

Duties include:

  • Participation in technical reviews, program reviews, and milestone reviews that support Full Spectrum GEOINT Pilot activities.
  • Perform technical evaluation of developer proposals and CONOPS for Full Spectrum Capabilities.
  • Attend and participate in ERB and IPT associated with the Full Spectrum GEOINT Pilot.
  • Under the oversight of the GPOC, develops and coordinates Request For Change (RFC) requirements; project plans and schedules; Concept of Operations (CONOPS); architecture diagrams; configuration management; and technical maintanence of program documents.

Skills:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Current Top Secret clearance and current SCI eligibility with in-scope SSBI date.
  • Required B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Min 12 yrs applicable experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Electronic Light Table (ELT) systems pertaining to GEOINT processing.
  • Experience performing spatial and temporal analysis related to Full Spectrum GEOINT products to include EO, Radar, LIDAR, feature data, and elevation data.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of software plug-ins and their integration into production workflows and user experience within Full Spectrum Pilot.
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD and/or IC RFC processes
  • Understanding of DOD and/or IC Acquisition Processes.
  • Familiarity with DOD and/or IC Systems Engineering and Testing processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact.
  • Desired
    • Understanding of interface requirements for AGI.
    • Understanding of the Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Product Description Document (AGIPDD) Framework.
