Position Title: Program Manager SME / Sensor Integration
Location: Springfield, VA
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Overall Assignment Description:
- Provides Program Management services to senior management.
- Works across customer directorates to coordinate development of new capabilities for operational use.
- Under the oversight of the PM, attends meetings on behalf of the PM regarding planning and technical exchanges between development contractors, segments, projects and customers.
- Reviews and advises the Government on project tasks relating to engineering, testing, integration, transition, deployment, operations and sustainment.
- Review and assess contract documentation and changes, support fact finding and Negotiations, and provide feedback to the Government.
Duties include:
- Provide management, integration, and engineering services to integrate sensors and sources in the systems
- Perform requirements decomposition and analysis
- Develop solutions architectures and system CONOPS for sensors
- Develop Project plans
- Build and maintain integrated schedules for sensors
- Establish, baseline and manage effectivity plans
- Foster collaborative partnerships (within portfolio, community, and industry)
Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Current Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility and in-scope SSBI date.
- Required B.S. Degree, in Geography, Computer Science Information Systems, or a related field.
- Min 12 years’ applicable experience.
- Experience with sensors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact.
- Desired:
- Min 8 yrs of DOD and/or IC experience supporting IT or technical programs with a focus on program guidance, oversight and business process re-engineering.
- Min 8 yrs of project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
- M.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in governance or meeting forum experience in support of systems engineering efforts.
- Experience developing and refining integrated program schedules.
