Overall Assignment Description:

The contractor shall provide support to the government PMO planning and management activities associated with the active sustainment of the ASEE exploitation baseline; to include identification of required upgrades and functional capability enhancements to be provided via scheduled technology insertions to the baseline by the IEC/C.

 

Duties include:

  • Demonstrate an understanding and experience with the implementation of virtual applications hosting and design in support of customer- specific exploitation applications, and how they will be managed within the ASP-ISP structure.
  • Support the PMO with related risk management process. Demonstrate understanding of the customer’s risk management system, as well as the IEC development contractor’s internal risk management approach.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting test activities for all IEC user, factory, and formal acceptance testing. Support the provision of all development required Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Information (GFI), to include required test data at the factory and the Test Office (NTO).
  • Provide support to Government Progam Offices responsible for the acquisition of Analysis related capabilities such as image exploitation,  Intel product integration, etc..
  • Demonstrate experience, participating in, technical exchange meetings, program reviews, and configuration boards as required to ensure the active participation and representation of the government PMO in all events affecting the KPE and the IEC technical, cost and schedule baselines.
  • Support the PMO with activity reports, briefings; schedules; and support the PMO with activity reports, memorandums of agreements or memorandums of understanding.
  • Demonstrate expertise with emerging technologies, tools, and techniques associated with the mission and ensure proposed changes to the baseline, no matter the source, are in harmony with emerging technology, existing and planned data types, user requirements and the planned NSG architecture.
  • Coordinate with PMO management and shall support and complete in a timely fashion, all PMO assigned tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned to the contractor, to ensure the successful completion and operability of PMO deliverables.

 

 

Skills:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Current Top Secret clearance with current SCI access and in-scope SSBI date.
  • Required B.S. Degree.
  • Min 12 yrs total experience of which 8 yrs must be Acquisition/Program Management related.
  • Domain knowledge of Analysis or Analytic tradecraft and all internal and external stakeholders as it provides advice to the Program Office, as the Program Office works with Image Exploitation and customer internal and external partners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in government acquisition.
  • Customer-service and goal oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
