Position Title:  Enterprise Network Security/Program Management Support

Location:        Washington, DC

Clearance:      Secret Level or Top Secret/SCI

Duties:

• The Contractor shall provide technical engineering services supporting the overall program initiatives and provide subject matter expertise and insight into technical integration and application of the Intelligence Community and Sharing and Safeguarding technologies across the enterprise. The Contractor shall perform systems engineering, technical analysis and provide architecture support. The Contractor shall have subject matter expertise in the IT intelligence communities and knowledge of intelligence communities’ policy and standards. The Contractor shall apply a wide set of engineering disciplines to the planning, design, analysis, roll-out, and support of the DHS information systems. The Contractor shall lead and provide support to resolving issues with engineers, system administrators and other technical initiative owners. The Contractor shall develop sharing and safeguarding technical architecture and cross reference it with the DHS SELC and other technical service delivery capabilities. The Contractor shall support the Intelligence Community initiative and assist DHS engineering staff with development of a sound technical and financial approach.

Required Skills:

• Secret Level or Top Secret/SCI
• BS/BA Degree
• PMP Certification
• Min yrs relevant experience:
  • 6 yrs for Senior level
• Desired:  Current DHS Suitability clearance
